I understand that I am volunteering for 4THE CITY and will not receive wages or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.*

I agree to arrive on time and remain for the full duration of my selected shift unless approved by event management.*

I agree to follow all instructions from event staff and maintain professional conduct with guests, vendors, and team members.*

I understand that this is an outdoor event involving vehicles, food trucks, vendors, crowds, and alcohol, and I assume all risks associated with participation.*

I release 4THE City WC Ventures Inc., Xclusive Events & JackStacks.Eats & its owners, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.*

I grant permission for WC Ventures Inc. & JackStacks.Eats to use any photos or videos of me taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.*

I understand that alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited while volunteering and violation will result in immediate removal.*

I understand that failure to show up or last-minute cancellations may affect future opportunities to work with 4THE CITY.*
