Event Schedule:

• Evening Event Activities: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Vendor Setup Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Vendor Teardown: Begins at 10:00 PM

  
  

Vendor Fees:

• 10x10 Booth Space

• Food Vendors: $75

• Other Vendors: $50

  
  

Additional Fees:

• Cancellation Fee: $50

• Late Payment Fee after July 18th: $10

  
  

Application Process:

1. Submit a vendor application

2. Applications will be reviewed by event staff

3. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email and invoice for payment

   
   

Payment Deadline July 18th. 

***Payment must be submitted by the listed deadline on your invoice.

Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in loss of your vendor space and/or a late fee.***

All food vendors and food trucks must:

• Be properly licensed and insured

• Provide up-to-date documentation before approval

• Follow all Wichita health and safety regulations

  
  

Vendor locations will be pre-assigned to help maintain event flow and guest experience.

Event Mission:

4THE CITY is a community-focused event built on bringing Wichita together through food, music, culture, and positive experiences.

Our goal is to create an environment that highlights local businesses, encourages community engagement, creates good memories, and provides a safe, welcoming atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

Marketing & Promotion:

4 THE CITY and Festive ICT will actively promote the event through:

• Social Media Campaigns

• Influencer & Media Partnerships

• Community Outreach

• Digital Advertising

• Local Promotions

Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation as well.

Setup Information:

Each vendor will receive:

• One assigned 10x10 vendor space

  
  

Vendors are responsible for providing:

• Tent

• Tables

• Chairs

• Power

Teardown begins at 10:00 PM.

Please do not begin dismantling your booth before approved teardown time unless directed by event staff.

All vendors must fully clear their space by 11:45 PM.

4THE CITY IS NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto event grounds. Vendors participate at their own risk.

Event organizers reserve the right to remove vendors who fail to follow event rules, safety requirements, or conduct expectations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once payment is submitted, vendor space is reserved. Vendor cancellations may result in forfeiture of booth fees and cancellation penalties. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by organizers.

Rules & Conduct:

We ask all vendors, staff, and attendees to help create a positive and respectful environment.

Failure to comply with event rules, safety procedures, or respectful conduct expectations may result in removal from the event and restriction from future affiliated events.
